Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business opportunities. You will deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a “white glove” service mindset in stores and in customers' homes.

Your day includes assisting with deliveries, pickups, and installations, maintaining an inviting, organized store, and supporting merchandising. Must have 1–3 years in retail or related fields and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely in stores or customers' homes.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
