A day in the life of a Credit Assistant Manager:
  • Credit and Collections: Communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to positively impact growth and revenue
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a 'white glove' service approach
  • Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling procedures
  • Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean store environment
What are the minimum requirements?
  • 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
