Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in on-site property management, including 2 years as an assistant manager.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform leasing and processing applications.
  • Handle income collections and process move-ins/move-outs.
  • Manage resident relations and marketing efforts.

Job description

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our239-unitapartment community in Duluth!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in on-site property management with 2 years as an assistant manager at an apartment community.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one weekend, Saturday and Sunday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month.

Work Days: Monday – Sunday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Sun 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
