Authentic Recovery Services Ltd in Denver, CO is seeking a bilingual Assistant Clinical Director/Therapist (Spanish/English) to join our SUD treatment team. This leadership role works directly with the Clinical Director and helps oversee clinical operations, staff development, compliance, and client care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Colorado clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or equivalent), is fluent in Spanish and English, and has experience in substance use disorder or behavioral

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Active Colorado clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or equivalent).
• Experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision toward licensure when permitted.

Responsibilities

• Support, train, and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Assist with individual and group clinical supervision and licensure supervision.
• Conduct chart and documentation audits.
• Maintain a small client caseload.
• Complete intakes, BPS assessments, treatment plans, and reviews.
• Support Spanish-speaking intakes and clients.
• Assist with behavioral interventions, contracts, crises, and referrals.
