Job summary

Authentic Recovery Services Ltd is seeking a bilingual Assistant Clinical Director/Therapist (Spanish/English) to join our SUD treatment team in Colorado. You will work with the Clinical Director, lead staff development, ensure compliance, and oversee client care.

Requirements include active Colorado licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC or equivalent) and bilingual proficiency. The role offers a competitive salary and regular M-F hours.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado clinical license/credential required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent).
• Experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision toward licensure when permitted by credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support, train, and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Assist with individual and group clinical supervision, including supervision toward staff licensure.
• Conduct chart and documentation audits.
• Maintain a small client caseload.
• Complete intakes, BPS assessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan reviews.
• Support Spanish-speaking intakes and clients.
• Assist with behavioral interventions, behavioral contracts, crisis needs, and referrals for mental health/psychiatric evaluations.
• Communicate with probation/parole officers and other members of clients' care teams.
• Assist with team meetings, case consultations, group supervision, and team-building efforts.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets program and regulatory requirements.
• Support running SUD groups.
• Stay current with Colorado Medicaid, BHA, and SUD treatment requirements.
• Provide after-hours clinical support as needed.
