Tenth Revolution Group in Covington, GA is seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing team, driving safety, quality, and productivity daily. This bilingual leadership role trains and coaches crews, reads blueprints, manages daily production schedules, and partners with maintenance, production, and shipping to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Cabinet, furniture, millwork, or woodworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop assembly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Oversee cabinet assembly, hardware installation, door/drawer fitting, and final quality checks.
• Manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and communicate with employees in both English and Spanish.
• Track production KPIs and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Shipping to keep operations running smoothly.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S is a plus
