Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional in Bradenton, FL to support diverse communities. You will guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional service with a focus on resident satisfaction.

This role requires 6–12 months of leasing experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to tour property including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
