Job summary

eClerx LLC is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support AML/KYC onboarding for strategic financial services clients in New York. You will coordinate client outreach, collect CDD materials, and collaborate with coverage, AML operations, and compliance reviewers to ensure timely onboarding.

Responsibilities include tracking onboarding workflows, guiding clients on CDD requirements, and maintaining adherence to metrics and timelines while engaging with global teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within banking or financial institutions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Strong client-facing experience with relationship management and influencing skills.
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC CDD requirements and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for outreach related to AML/KYC onboarding documentation.
• Engage directly with clients to request, clarify, and collect CDD materials.
• Coordinate between coverage teams, AML operations, and compliance reviewers to support onboarding.
• Act as an escalation point for operational or documentation-related challenges.
• Track onboarding populations and workflows in partnership with coverage and operations teams.
• Review incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness; obtain necessary internal approvals.
• Apply strong knowledge of CDD requirements to guide clients and resolve documentation gaps.
• Support consistent adherence to onboarding metrics, timelines, and service expectations.
• Partner with teams across regions and lines of business to align with global KYC initiatives.
• Promote a culture of partnership, collaboration, and seamless service delivery.
