Valora Medical Group in Little Elm is seeking a mid-level practitioner to provide outpatient primary care services for the senior population. The role focuses on comprehensive patient care and coordination with the clinic team.

Outpatient clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this location, with intermediate proficiency considered. We offer a strong base salary, quarterly bonuses, robust benefits, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school
• Current Texas medical license and Federal DEA license (required)
• 2+ years of clinical work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this clinic location; intermediate proficiency will be considered
• Excellent counseling and listening skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
• Great management and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients’ medical conditions.
• Order labs and other diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Meet targets set by the government for specified treatments.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• Appropriately and timely document patient encounters.
