Valora Medical Group in Garland, TX seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care for our senior population at the Garland Clinic.

Outpatient only, Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm. We offer competitive base salary with quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health/dental/vision and disability coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and CME allowance with paid time off. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired for this location.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and completed residency in family or internal medicine.
• Texas medical license and DEA registration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for this location.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient primary care for senior patients.

Valora Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing team to provide outpatient primary care services to our senior population at our Garland Clinic!

Outpatient only (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm)

**Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but not required for this location.**

Primary Care Physician's Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients’ medical conditions.
• Order lab and other diagnostic testing and interprets results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Meet targets set by the government for specified treatments.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• Observe and assess the work of trainee doctors and medical students as needed.
• Supervise mid-level providers, as needed.

Physician's Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine (required)
• 3 years of residency training (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this clinic location
• Current Texas Medical License and Federal DEA license
• Highly proficient in using EMR
• eCW experience is a plus
• Fantastic counseling and listening skills
