Arc Experience is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to support site operations, supervise students, and assist with program planning in California. The role emphasizes safety, student engagement, and collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for Spanish-speaking families.
• Must pass TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as the second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish and enforce rules and expectations for positive behavior.
• Coordinate, manage, and be involved in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Attend trainings or staff meetings on childcare, safety, and program management.
• Address challenging behavior with supervision or parental involvement when necessary.
• Facilitate sign-up procedures to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Create unique clubs for students (e.g., career readiness, cooking, anime, dance).
• Organize and lead activities including homework help, games, arts and crafts, and educational projects.
