The Bilingual HSP Advising Associate at Chemeketa Community College provides developmental advising on prerequisites, transfer credits, degree requirements, and course of study. The role includes preparing materials, outreach, and supporting high school partnership programs and admissions processes.
This 100%, 11-month classified position is onsite with no remote option and requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities along with strong communication and organizational skills.
The Bilingual High School Partnerships (HSP) Advising Associate provides developmental advising to current and prospective students on academic pre-requisites, transfer credits, degree requirements, course of study, academic problems, and possible solutions in programs. As well as assist with the preparation of materials and presentations and provides outreach and recruitment, and support advising to high school partnership programs.

This level requires an equivalency of two (2) years of full-time work experience related to the essential functions and duties of the position listed above.
