Job summary
San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) is a California-based nonprofit regional center dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities under the Lanterman Act. The Adult Service Coordinator will coordinate services, develop IPPs, and advocate to ensure access to needed resources in the least-restrictive settings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.
- Executive Director may waive specific degree requirements to meet agency needs.
- Ability to relate constructively to a wide variety of individuals and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct required visits and meetings to assess needs and services.
- Coordinate the Person-Centered Planning process with individuals and families.
- Develop the Individual Program Plan (IPP).
- Counsel individuals regarding personal goals and outcomes.
- Advocate with individuals/families to ensure services are provided.
- Initiate and follow up on referrals to service providers and resources.
