Job summary

Family Star Montessori in Denver, CO is hiring an Admissions and Data Coordinator to support enrollment across Head Start and tuition programs. The role blends data integrity with family-facing service, ensuring eligibility, intake, and compliant recordkeeping while coordinating placements across Denver and Lakewood sites.

You will maintain enrollment records, run reports, and collaborate with leaders to optimize the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for family-facing roles.
• Experience with enrollment data entry and confidential records.
• Knowledge of Head Start or similar programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, audit, and maintain child/family data in COPA and other systems.
• Manage enrollment lifecycle from recruitment to enrollment.
• Prepare reports for Head Start, Early Head Start, and other programs.
• Collaborate with site leaders and program teams on placements and transitions.
