You’ll interact with homeowners, insurance representatives, vendors, and coworkers, handling timecards, documents, and scheduling. No prior reconstruction experience required; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurance companies: Call to obtain claim information and follow up on estimate statuses.
• Coordinate with homeowners: Collect material selections and obtain required signatures.
• Support the reconstruction team: Review and approve timecards and coordinate schedules for active projects.
• Keep projects organized: Upload documents, maintain accurate records in our company CRM, and organize project receipts.
• Keep homeowners informed: Notify homeowners of scheduled work and coordinate project updates.
• Work with vendors: Request material quotes and purchase materials needed for active projects.
• Stay on top of the details: Help ensure project files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
