Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can provide exceptional administrative support and communicate effectively in both English and a Spanish language.

  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and a Spanish language.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all office operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
