• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Analyze discrepancies in bank account balances.
• Prepare and post journal entries to correct discrepancies.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items or variances promptly.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Review tax information for financial aid applications.
• Prepare and create journal entries for weekly cash deposits.
• Receive tuition payments and assist in tuition collection.
• Provide support to the Accounting team as needed.
