Job summary

Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Specialist to support Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to Rakuten Advertising’s affiliate clients. You will handle operational requests and client communications to help meet revenue targets and improve satisfaction.

You will leverage internal tools and data-driven insights to drive program performance, working with stakeholders based in Korea and across the Asia region to ensure strong partnerships and trusted service.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Korean.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily client communication via email to manage requests and inquiries and support revenue targets.
• Attend client calls and check-ins, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.
• Assist Account Managers in day-to-day affiliate tasks using internal tools and resources to drive results.
