Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Specialist to support Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to Rakuten Advertising’s affiliate clients. You will handle operational requests and client communications to help meet revenue targets and improve satisfaction.

You will leverage internal tools and data-driven insights to drive program performance, working with stakeholders based in Korea and across the Asia region to ensure strong partnerships and trusted service.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Daily client communication via email to manage requests and inquiries and support revenue targets.
• Attend client calls and check-ins, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Daily Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients via email, managing operational requests and inquiries to ensure we meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Attend and facilitate scheduled client calls and check‑ins, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow‑up.
• Account Servicing: Support Account Managers in the day‑to‑day execution of affiliate tasks, utilizing internal tools and resources to drive results across your dedicated portfolio.

Performance & Satisfaction

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and long‑term partnership success.
• Proactive Contribution: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance account performance and provide value‑add support to the wider Account Management team.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Korean, as you will be working closely with stakeholders based in Korea.
