Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Answer questions and assist with policy updates.
• Speak with clients in English and Spanish (optional).
• Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance coverage when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported.
• Keep accurate notes and customer records in our system.
• Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills.
