Job summary

aba360 is seeking entry‑level ABA assistants to provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings in Linden, NJ. No prior experience is required; the role is ideal for students and those new to ABA, offering flexible, part-time hours and the chance to learn in a supportive clinical team.

You will work with families to implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and help children with Autism achieve meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
