ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support progress.

No prior experience required; after-school hours are typical with weekend options. The role offers training through BK Academy and opportunities to advance in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.
• All positions start Part time.
• Encouraged to complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
• Typical schedule after school hours with additional weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior development.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
