aba360 is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community locations in New Jersey. You will implement skill-building plans and work closely with a clinical team to support independence for children with Autism.

The role welcomes those with any level of experience and emphasizes flexible scheduling, opportunities to gain real-world psychology exposure, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
