Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, focusing on communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on mentorship.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoons/evenings; requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families. Training and supervision by an experienced BCBA are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
