BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required—paid training is provided, including the 40-hour RBT course.

All positions start part-time with afternoon or evening hours. You will join a supportive clinical team, helping families and contributing to meaningful, lasting change in behavior and skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
