BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a clinical team member responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
