Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate, patient individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in the homes and community locations of clients with Autism in New Jersey. No prior experience is required, and positions start part-time with flexible schedules to fit other commitments.

As part of our clinical team, you will record session data, implement skill-building plans, collaborate with families, and support children in achieving independence through evidence-based ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor under challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
