Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping processes, and receiving procedures.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet production and customer demands.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material control and cycle counts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service levels.
