The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. A strong background in janitorial management and fluent bilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is required for bilingual client interactions and supervision.

• Experience leading teams in multi-unit environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house labor.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and gain business.
• Communicate issues to Facility Solutions Manager daily with fast follow-up.
• Allocate IC work to meet client standards and policy; discharge if needed.
• Manage inspections, client requests, and VIP attention as required.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, tools, and equipment use.
