Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee daily janitorial operations across multiple buildings. You will supervise staff, ensure services meet contract standards, and maintain strong client relationships at the site level.

The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and involves coordinating staffing, payroll, training, and on-site safety compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision of janitorial staff across shifts and buildings.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and payroll time sheets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards; handle on-site issues.
