Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the district curriculum.
• Present material according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and use strategies reflecting diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess scholar learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEP.
• Supervise teacher aides and volunteers.
• Maintain open communication with parents, scholars, and staff.
• Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Uphold Student Code of Conduct and safety protocols.
