Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults who want to stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll build meaningful relationships while making a daily impact.

We offer $20–$22 per hour, daily pay, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, shifts including day, evening, weekend and overnight, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. Join our supportive team and help families gain peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and respectful demeanor.
• Patient with a positive attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Helping clients walk safely and assisting with transfers and repositioning.
• Preparing nutritious meals and providing dining assistance when needed.
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe living environment.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
• Following individualized care plans and client preferences.
• Monitoring clients' overall well‑being and reporting changes to the care team.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized care that promotes each client's independence, dignity, and well‑being.

Your daily responsibilities may include:
