Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bikes following established procedures.
• Provide passionate customer service and sell through customer engagement in the Bike Department.
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and loyalty Scorecard; achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed and maintain Bike Department presentation to company standards.
