Qualifications

• Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 15–35 lbs occasionally, up to 4 hours standing.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class customer experience through passionate service in bike area.
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards.
• Interact with customers showing knowledge, passion, and dedication.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty, and seasonal promos.
• Achieve sales goals by selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Build and repair bikes; assist with exercise equipment assembly as needed.
• Maintain bike department signage and presentation to company standards.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; keep company information confidential.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
