Job summary

Trek Bikes is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Pittsburgh at Trek Store Robinson. You will greet customers, guide them to the right bikes and accessories, and deliver Trek’s famous hospitality. You will also help with merchandising, inventory checks, and basic bike prep for service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right bikes and accessories.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets through excellent hospitality.
• Maintain store merchandising, pricing accuracy and product restocking.
• Prepare bikes for service and assist technicians as needed.
• Help assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles when required.
