Trek Store Robinson in Pittsburgh is seeking a DOTS Sales Associate to deliver legendary hospitality and guide customers through cycling goals. You’ll help customers from arrival to checkout, assemble or pre-assemble bikes, and support service techs to ensure a great ride experience.

You will learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology while meeting monthly and annual sales targets, and maintaining store merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Assist customers with quotes and lead communications; maintain Trek University Guide status.
• Help with store merchandising, pricing, restocking, and weekly cycle counts.
• Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prep customer bikes for service.
