Job summary

Trek Bikes Lancaster is seeking a part-time Service Technician to care for bikes and keep owners riding smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a range of bikes, and be among the first to work with new models in a welcoming store setting.

We value hospitality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Prior mechanic experience isn’t required as training is provided to help you grow your skills and confidence on the job.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused mentality.
• Excellent hospitality and listening skills to assist customers.
• Top-notch communication and a meticulous approach to bike care.
• Eagerness to learn bike servicing methods and new technologies.
• Prior mechanic experience is not required.
