Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Driver for our downtown Jacksonville, FL store. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to fans in a timely and safe manner, using our delivery app to provide status updates and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have excellent time management and organizational skills, own a non-motorized bicycle, and hold a smartphone with data. This role offers flexible part-time schedules, paid vacation and sick time, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approve company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Bike Delivery Driver at our new downtown Jacksonville, FL store located at 47 W. Adams Street Jacksonville, FL 32202 you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

What Will I Do As a Delivery Driver

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in‑person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approve company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
