Job summary

Insomniacookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Driver at our Westown store in Milwaukee, WI. You will be the face of our business, delivering our cookie magic to fans.

This part-time role offers a pay rate of up to $17.00/hr, pay on demand, and benefits such as paid sick time, flexible schedules, pet insurance, and free cookies with every shift!

The ideal candidate will excel in time management, possess a non-motorized bicycle, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream timely and safely.
• Provide quality customer service with positive interactions.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app for status updates.

As a Bike Delivery Driver at our Westown store located at 1133 N Old World 3rd St, Milwaukee WI 53203, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
