Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Downtown Boston is hiring a Bike Delivery Courier to bring cookies and treats to fans across the area. You will check orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver with a focus on speed and safety, while delivering friendly service to every customer.

Ideal candidates have strong time management, know the local 1-mile radius, and own a working bicycle and smartphone. Part-time positions with flexible hours are available, with paid time off and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Use delivery app to approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Bike Delivery Courier for our Downtown Boston store located at 61 Bromfield St, Boston MA 02108! As a Bike Courier, you are our "Boots on the ground!", and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
