Promotes MMSST Team Philosophy and acts as role model for athletes.**Requirements:*** IFSA Level 100 required. Two seasons working with athletes in a coaching program or previous Big Mountain competition experience preferred but not essential.* High School graduate and fluent in English language. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team structure with other coaches and training groups.
