Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a role focused on planning and coordinating the External Costs validation process to ensure technically and economically robust tender outputs delivered on time.

This position requires close coordination with Tender Technical Team and Global Supply Chain, updating delivery strategies, and overseeing work package preparation to reflect market conditions and project needs.

Qualifications

• Requires civil engineering degree and 6–8 years construction field experience.
• Experience with heavy civil/highway projects preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver technically and economically robust outputs aligned with tender needs.
• Act as the focal point between Tender Technical Team and Global Supply Chain for bidding support and project startup.
• Maintain Delivery Strategy updates and ensure RFQ requests reflect the strategy and market conditions.
• Prioritize work packages to maximize cost coverage and competitiveness of offers.
• Review tender documentation to prepare Work Packages and determine optimal market engagement timing.
• Collaborate with Technical Coordination, Design Services, P&E, Planning, Operations, and consultants to prepare Work Packages.
• Lead technical alignment of offers and provide feedback on clarifications with input from the technical team.
