Job summary

Quantum-Systems GmbH is seeking an intellectually curious Intern in Bid and Project Management to support structured tender and project execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to standardize processes, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights.

You will gain hands-on experience across bid lifecycles, improve transparency, and contribute to KPI tracking and reporting while preparing you for future roles in bid management or program coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in project management or a structured, project-based working environment.
• Strong interest in unmanned systems and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient English and German communication and a proactive, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bid Management Team during active tenders and projects.
• Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for structured execution.
• Assist in tender identification, inputs, and consolidating contributions.
