Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Associate to generate bids, prepare custom quotes, and perform cost and margin analysis across flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and consistent documentation. You will maintain client programs, manage SAP-driven documentation, support sales teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvements and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with SAP for material planning is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate bids using cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategies.
• Create custom quotes for models, residential construction, and special projects.
• Perform cost and margin analysis for product categories.
• Maintain client programs for Flooring, Countertops, Window Coverings, and Wall Tile.
• Develop and maintain wall tile designs per client requirements.
• Manage SAP-based documentation and product inventories.
