An established industry player is seeking a Bid Director to join their dynamic commercial project management team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with a talented group of professionals while managing Major Project bids. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction, showcasing a strong understanding of alternative delivery methods and risk management. You will be responsible for developing strategies, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful preparation of bids. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of alternative delivery methods for Major Projects, including engineering, contracts, risk management, schedule development, subconsultant procurement, resource planning, cost estimating and controls, and reporting methodologies to prepare accurate and robust bids.
The primary responsibility is to manage specific Major Project bids and oversee all other Major Project bids.
Compensation Range: $175,410.26 - $233,880.34
