We're looking for a Bicycle Technician to join our team at Kickstand Culture Bike Shop in East Aurora, NY. If you're passionate about bikes and love making them run perfectly, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Perform repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on all types of bicycles, including Ebikes.

Assemble new bicycles with precision and attention to detail.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and making recommendations.

Keep our service area clean and organized.

Stay up-to-date on the latest bicycle technology and components.

Help out when needed in all areas of our store (inventory, phones, keeping things clean, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic. PRIOR BIKE SHOP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Strong knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and a passion for cycling.
