Job summary

AllCom Global Services is seeking experienced BICSI Technicians for on-site telecommunications installation and testing. Responsibilities include end-to-end system installation, copper and fiber work, cabinet and rack setup, and reading design drawings.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a strong ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel to project sites is 100% with potential for project-specific employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of telecom infrastructure installation experience
• BICSI Technician certification or related experience a plus
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Ability to interpret design drawings and follow procedures
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks for end-to-end system installation and testing.
• Perform on-site installation of cabinets, equipment, and racking.
• Read and interpret project drawings and procedures.
• Travel to project sites with 100% travel expectation.
• Work under minimal supervision and coordinate with Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Assist with lifting loads up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

JOB SUMMARY

AllCom is hiring experienced BICSI Technicians. Technicians should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in installation, terminating and testing copper and fiber; Cat 5, Iron Work. Installation of cabinets, equipment, and racking. Technicians at AllCom perform a variety of activities associated with onsite installation of telecommunication infrastructure. Working as a team, tasks and duties are assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager. Must be able to work with minimal on-site supervision. Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to read, write, understand, and follow procedures. Must be able to interpret design drawings.

Technicians at AllCom travel from project to project as assigned [100% travel]. Some opportunities may exist for project-specific employment.
