Job summary

Ncus Tec is seeking a BICSI Instructor to deliver hands-on and classroom training aligned with BICSI Installer 1 standards, preparing students for entry-level careers in telecommunications and structured cabling. You will teach fiber optic and copper installation, including routing, termination, splicing, testing, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and industry standards.

Requirements include an associate’s degree preferred and 2–3 years of ICT field experience; OSHA 10 or INST1

Qualifications

• BICSI Installer 1 (INST1) certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training.
• Minimum 2–3 years ICT field experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction on BICSI Installer 1 concepts and competencies.
• Provide hands-on training in fiber optic and copper installation, routing, termination, splicing, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe learning environment with proper tools and equipment usage.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to support certification readiness.
