Equiliem is seeking a BICSI Certified Structured Cabling Technician in Lebanon, IN. The role involves installing, terminating, testing copper and fiber cabling, integrating systems, and diagnosing issues to ensure reliable network performance.

The position requires reading and interpreting project drawings, following bonding, grounding, and firestopping requirements, and providing light supervision on site. Four 10-hour shifts with occasional Friday overtime are included.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting copper and fiber cabling.
• Ability to interpret project drawings and technical specs.
• Available for four 10-hour shifts with Friday overtime.
• Current BICSI certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling systems.
• Integrate cabling systems with communications infrastructure and connected equipment.
• Perform diagnostics to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Complete bonding and grounding per specs; install firestopping.
• Interpret drawings and installation specifications.
• Provide light supervision and coordinate daily tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain organized work area.
