The right candidate will handle extensive contact with clients, agencies and opposing counsel, perform legal research, draft memoranda, motions and pleadings, attend court conferences, and support discovery activities while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Legal research, drafting of memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
• Experience in employment litigation is required

Responsibilities
